This warning is a result of reported unacceptable customer services by: Europcar Rental Agency. We quote : "Coming back from a trip to Ireland we received (only after 2-3 months ) an unexpectedly €238.35 charge on our Visa credit card for two damaged tires.......this charge is completely unjustified as we were able to produce the VCR ( vehicle condition report ) which stated a different story.....I am a senior with 40 plus years of driving experience in Europe, England and North America and no insurance claims. Our driving in Ireland was at all times within the posted speed limits and according to the road conditions. All correspondences with Europcar have led to zero results. We concur with our subscriber and issue our recommendation NOT to rent cars from Europcar. This warning will stay as long as the issue has not been resolved
