Accommodation For Contractors - The Important Stuff
Fully equipped
All Ideal Lodgings are fully-equipped with everything you may need for your short stay. This includes cooking utensils, laundry facilities, clean linen and towels.
Parking
Access to free parking is available with all our accommodation. For some of the properties, this includes a private driveway. There is usually access to parking for numerous cars, although this may be off-road parking or street parking.

Each property has a guest manual with additional information on how to use everything, as well as guides on things to do in the local area, places to see and dine.
Booking length
There is a minimum two-night stay throughout the week and a minimum three-night stay during the weekend. Early and late check-in is available upon request. There is a maximum stay of six months, although this may be extended depending on your situation.
Cleaning
Your accommodation will be professionally cleaned once per fortnight, or more frequently if you prefer. Plus, cleaning products are supplied for your use.
