The House is conveniently located in Accrington which lies about 4 miles east of Blackburn, 6 miles west of Burnley, 13 miles east of Preston, 20 miles north of Manchester city centre and is situated on the mostly culverted River Hyndburn.

The House is conveniently located in Tottington, just a short drive to Bury, Bolton and Ramsbottom. There is a Tesco express just a minute away for easy convienince during your stay.

Proud to present our 4 bedroom town home comes with ample parking; plus additional free street parking. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and dining area as well as a downstairs toilet. On the first floor there is the a double and single bedroom, the main bathroom with bath and shower over and the main lounge area overlooking the back garden area. Additional stairs lead to the second floor where you will find a king bedroom and twin bedroom and a twin room.
